Blue Raincoat Theatre Company Benefactor Scheme 2022-2025

Blue Raincoat Theatre Company launched a benefactor programme in June 2013 to help maintain our extensive educational and community-based programme, to create new local and national arts programming, and to draw new areas of funding into the arts.

We secured a Sterling £30,000 donation over a three-year period to help us to achieve this. Our benefactor said the donation was so that “Blue Raincoat Theatre Company can maintain its levels of artistic output, and emerge from the [then] current Irish recession in a positive financial situation.” For us, this was an extremely significant donation for which we are most grateful.

The donation was just the beginning and we are looking for “part-matchers” of the original donation, people who could donate an amount each year for the next three years.
